Unboxing, Use, or Payment Upon Delivery:
Once the goods have been unboxed, used, or payment has been made upon delivery, returns cannot be accepted. Please carefully inspect your items upon delivery and notify our customer service team immediately of any concerns or issues.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before the delivery of the goods, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please contact our customer service team promptly to initiate the cancellation process.

Product Faults: 
We understand that product faults may occur unexpectedly. All the products sold by Ayoubi Steel are subject to a 1-year warranty in the event of manufacturing faults. This does not include misuse, loss of keys, or PIN numbers. Please contact our customer service team within the limits of the warranty policy to initiate the exchange process.
